and the most ignored (and brightest) sign in the store. Yes, there's a second floor.

ha! velly funny!...I worked in bookstores for years (about 12) and - yup - my general experience is that people who patronize bookstores do NOT read signs...especially the crucial ones ("please don't touch this pile", "do not open boxes" etc)...good luck on that! You guys do a great job, regardless.
